This site is an owner-private review environment, separate from the live RST corporate website.
Raj: AI text and voice
Raj is an AI assistant powered by OpenAI. Questions, recent conversation context and relevant RST website information are sent to OpenAI to generate replies. Raj uses the site’s product and service information and can explain related concepts; its answers may be mistaken. Confirm prices, availability and project commitments with RST.
Voice starts only after you choose “Talk to Raj” and grant microphone permission. Audio is streamed to OpenAI for the conversation. The interface shows a transcript and uses the built-in Cedar AI voice, not a clone of a particular person. End call, close the panel or leave the tab to stop the microphone. Calls end after five minutes in this interface.
This application keeps chat and transcripts in the current page’s memory and does not write them to a database or browser storage. Refreshing, navigating or choosing Clear chat clears that local conversation. Text requests use OpenAI’s store:false setting; this does not mean zero provider retention. OpenAI and the hosting provider may process or retain data under their applicable terms and account settings. Do not enter confidential business, patient, financial or credential information. Clearing chat does not erase provider records.
Project Discovery is separate
Project Discovery at /start-a-project/ uses guided rules, not a live AI model, to prepare an editable preliminary brief. Requirements stay in page memory until submission. If you choose Save draft, requirements and the brief are stored in this browser for up to 7 days; contact details are excluded. Delete saved draft removes that device-local copy. Do not include passwords, sensitive personal records or confidential customer data.
Enquiry submission and follow-up
Only an explicit, confirmed submission saves contact information, requirements, the visitor-reviewed brief, consent, a source-page path and an enquiry reference in the private website database. RST uses this information to evaluate and respond to the enquiry. Submission does not subscribe anyone to marketing. Raj does not receive the discovery answers, save enquiries or send email.
An internal notification and customer acknowledgement are placed in a durable queue. Email delivery requires an authenticated transactional provider and the approved sender [email protected]. A saved enquiry is not proof of an accepted or delivered email; the interface reports these states separately. Provider authentication is not yet configured in this preview.
Retention and access
Enquiry access is restricted server-side. The default active retention period is 90 days; expired records become inaccessible and are purged in bounded batches on subsequent discovery activity or authorized administrator cleanup. No unattended purge schedule is configured yet. Authorized administrators can delete enquiry records and their queued-email and attempt records. Hosting or email-provider backups and retained copies follow their separate policies; deletion from this website does not recall emails.
A secure, HttpOnly form-session cookie lasts up to 24 hours. Short-lived pseudonymous request counters help prevent abuse; raw IP addresses are not stored in the enquiry database. No third-party analytics or marketing subscription is added.
Hosting and site access
Access is controlled by the private Sites hosting environment. Standard platform request handling may occur; this page does not claim that the hosting provider records no technical information. The site adds no analytics, tracking pixels or marketing cookies.
External links and fonts
Links to the current RST website open that existing public site. Typography is loaded from Google Fonts when available, with local system-font fallbacks. These services receive ordinary network requests when accessed.
Before a public launch
Production privacy terms, consent language, retention, model processing, lead handling and contact integrations require separate review and approval.
